Kaunas Regional Waste Management Centre (hereinafter referred to as Kaunas RWMC) organises the sale of fixed tangible assets deemed unnecessary and unusable through a direct public auction of goods. The starting price of the goods and the rules of the auction shall be published on the website of Kaunas RATC www.kaunoratc.lt and on the website of Kaunas Day.

The time of the inspection must be arranged in advance with the contact person at the contact details above.
The minimum price increase range is 5 percent of the original price of the property. An auction shall be deemed not to have taken place if fewer than two bidders have registered. In the event of failure of the first auction, a second auction will be held on 16 May 2025 at 10.00 at the same address. The starting price of the unsold property will be reduced by 30% of the starting price of the previous auction in the re-auction.
The registration fee is EUR 20 and is valid only for the auction of the property listed therein. The registration fee for a re-auction is EUR 20.

Spectators are not allowed in the auction room.
Deadline for payment: no later than 5 working days after the auction.
A bidder intending to participate in the auction shall submit the following at the time of registration:
- address (registered office) or email address;
- proof of payment of the auction registration fee;
- if the participant is a natural person, a copy of the natural person’s identity document;
- if the tenderer is a legal person, a certified copy of the registration of the legal person in Lithuania or abroad;
- if the potential buyer is a group of persons, a copy of the deed of intent to acquire the property to be auctioned under joint ownership or a joint operating agreement;
- a power of attorney certified in accordance with the law if the bidder is represented by another person. Where the bidder is a natural person, the power of attorney must be notarised.
