Large items
Giveaway Centers
Kaunas RATC contributes to the item-sharing initiative and invites residents to bring items they no longer need, but are still usable, to the Giveaway Centers set up at large waste collection sites, instead of discarding them. This way, they can pass them on to a new owner or take items they need.
Accepted at the Giveaway Center:
Items must be free of functional defects, as clean as possible, tidy, and suitable for use.
Not accepted at the Giveaway Center:
The item-sharing service—acceptance and issuance—is free of charge. No reservations for items are made. The number of items delivered is unlimited. For the possibility of accepting an unusually large quantity of items at the Giveaway Center, it is advisable to arrange with the site staff in advance.
