SURVEY OF SATISFACTION OF CLIENTS (NATURAL PERSONS) WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE INSTITUTION

Customer satisfaction index of the Kaunas Regional Waste Management Centre - customer's subjective assessment of the quality, accessibility and service of the services provided by the institution. It is an important indicator of external reputation and quality of management, which helps not only to account for performance but also to identify potential risks in the quality of services. The assessment of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Institution shall be carried out by means of an electronic or paper survey. The survey shall be carried out by inviting the Institution's clients to participate. The analysis of the survey data shall be carried out in a generalised manner, without linking the responses to specific individuals in the context of a public evaluation.
